Actibin Storage Bin
The ActiBin is a storage bin with a factory-installed bin activator and design to enhance the material flow from the bin. This assembly is primarily utilized in handling difficult to flow products such as clay, calcium carbonate, corn flour, and carbon black to just name a few.
Design standards
- 60 Degree bin hopper slope and a 45 degree bin activator hopper slope
- Bin activator diameter is approximately 2/3rd of the bin diameter
- Internal baffle to promote flow and relieve pressure at the discharge
- Flexible, black neoprene, sleeve with clamps for sealing the gap between the stationary bin mounting ring and the lower, vibrating, cone section
- TENV Vibrator motor enclosure
- Machined hangar arms with vibration isolators

- Carbon steel or stainless steel (304, 304L, 316 or 316L) construction
