FL Series Bulk Bag Discharger
This bulk bag discharger is designed for Fork Lift loading of the bulk bag into place and is capable of emptying a 4 loop flexible intermediate bulk container with a bottom outlet spout and no internal liner. The standard configuration can accommodate empty bag sizes of 24" - 70" high x 32" - 41" sides and an 8" - 14" diameter x 18" long outlet spout.
The discharger features an elliptical shaped vibrating tray which naturally assists ingredient flow out of the bag. When a bag is positioned for discharge, it is placed on the vibrating tray which supports and seals against the bag bottom. During discharge, the bag outlet spout expands and seals against the discharger tube extension outlet. These two sealing points combine to provide dust seals at the top and bottom of the discharger and the bag.
