Combination Vacuum / Pressure Blower Package

Horizontal arrangement provides adequate clearance for proper housekeeping and maintenance. In addition, this arrangement allows the positive displacement blower to be mounted in a horizontal position providing for maximum lubrication to both timing gears, increasing the life of the blower.

Design standards

• Self tensioning motor mount with TEFC, 460 VAC, 3 phase, 60 Hz, motor
• Positive displacement blower
• V-Belt drive with OSHA drive guard
• Discharge silencer to reduce noise radiation in the vicinity of the blower package
• Inline filter with factory mounted vacuum breaker valve - NEMA 4 enclosure
• Pressure switch with oil filled pressure gauge to allow for monitoring of the system
• Vacuum switch with oil filled vacuum gauge to allow for monitoring of the system
• Mechanical vacuum relief valve to provide emergency relief to the blower should a high system pressure occur
• Weighted pressure relief valve to provide emergency relief to the blower should a high system pressure occur
