Hopper Fluidizer Assembly

These hopper fluidizing pads aid in the discharge of the material from a hopper/bin. This design provides direction air flow to aerate the product along the hopper wall while also providing for a gentle vibration.

How they work

• Aeration loosens up the product allowing it to flow easier.
• Directional Air Flow. The fluidizer disk forces air to move along the bin wall freeing up product and assuring a good clean-out.
• Gentle Vibration keeps the product flowing without allowing it to compact and plug.

Design standards

• Food Grade Silicone Fluidizer pad resists tearing, hardening or cracking
• Unaffected by temperatures of up to 350 degrees F
• Patented disk seals tightly against the hopper wall and keeps airlines from becoming plugged with product

• Carbon steel, aluminum or stainless steel stem available
• Control system to pulsate or alternate fluidizer activation
