Inline Filter
The inline filter is positioned between a primary separator (e.g., cyclone, filter receiver, etc.,) and the atmosphere, or downstream process equipment (e.g., vacuum blower package).
An optional vacuum breaker valve, as shown in the photo, allows for air to be drawn through the inline filter instead of the conveying system.
Design standards
- Carbon steel filter housing
- Media is a Polyester cloth and is reinforced with steel wire on both sides
- Unit includes a polyurethane foam pre-filter to increase dust loading capacity 40-50%
- Filter is washable in lukewarm water with mild detergent
- Filtration is 97-98% efficient on SAE Fine Dust Test
