VPG Series Vacuum Pick-Up Group

Our vacuum pick-up group is utilized to vacuum transfer granular/pelletized material from a single source to a maximum of four destinations. The feed rate into the system is controlled by manually adjusting the open inlet area by rotating an inner probe to achieve the desired flow rate.

Design standards

• Two (2) probes with flow adjustment sleeve and thumbscrew
• Two (2) plates to cover remaining two probe openings
• Stub end connection for attachment to conveying line
• Air inlet filter

Optional features

• Carbon steel, stainless steel or aluminum construction
• Additional probes (4 maximum)
• Extension boxes to add additional probes if necessary
