Small Bag Compactor

SMALL BAG COMPACTOR This bag compactor is designed to allow for the efficient compaction/removal of small bags (50# +/-) from the process area. The unit comes complete with a stub for connection to a central dust collection system in order to capture fugitive dust thus promoting a cleaner and safer working environment.

Design standards

  • Carbon steel construction
  • 6 cubic foot drawer / chamber
  • Compactor support stand to allow for floor mounting beside the small bag dump
  • Capacity: (30) 50lb bags
  • Hydraulic cylinder with chrome plated ram, 30 second machine cycle time
  • 2 GPM / 2 HP hydraulic system
  • Hydraulic pressure switch for auto return function
  • NEMA 12 electricals, 110v/1ph/60 hz control circuit, dead man push button operation. NEMA 12 Hoffman control, steel electrical enclosure. Allen-Bradley electrical components. Power pack includes a 2hp Baldor TEFC motor, 230/460/3/60.
