RDC Series Small Bag Dump
This bag dump comes complete with a flanged/stub air connection for tying into a central dust collection system. The central dust collection system is to provide a downdraft of air across the open grate area in order to capture fugitive dust thus promoting a cleaner and safer working environment.
Design standards
- 60 degree hopper, nominal, with flanged product discharge
- Hinged access door with gas springs to keep the door in the open or closed position
- 39" Wide x 17" deep removable grating
- Removable air baffle
- 40" Wide x 6" deep bag resting shelf
- Support legs, carbon steel, to provide 24" clearance beneath the discharge flange
Optional features
- Carbon steel or stainless steel construction
- 70 degree hopper slope
- Access platform to maintain dump height to < 40"
- Hydraulic bag compactor
- Additional straight wall height to provide storage/surge capacity
